Mike Necessary came to Molding Solutions in 1997 to serve as General Manager. As a graduate of Virginia Military Institute (VMI), he brings 10 years experience in management and engineering in the rubber industry. He is a dynamic individual with many new ideas and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Paul Price is the company's Sales Engineer. Prior to joining Molding Solutions he had seven years managing government sales for a molder of rubber products while earning additional course credits, in pursuit of a degree in Business Management and Finance. He joined Molding Solutions in 1988 as Sales Assistant to the President. In his present position, Mr. Price serves customers with a broad knowledge of molding rubber products and good business practices.

Richard McInteer as Quality Manager, represents 15 years of product and quality management of molded rubber products. Raised in Lexington and a graduate of The University of Kentucky, he is a member of the American Society for Quality, and is a Certified Quality Engineer. He joined Molding Solutions in 1990 to establish and coordinate all aspects of quality control, including detailing manufacturing procedures and training operators. He is currently responsible for maintenance of the ISO 9001 quality program.

Don Ingram is the Engineering Manager. He joined Molding Solutions in Aug, 2002. A University of Kentucky graduate, he brings 38 years of experience in manufacturing. His experience includes a four year, tool and die apprenticeship program, 30 years of manufacturing engineering with IBM, five years of engineering in a molding and stamping company, and prior to joining Molding Solutions he worked for two years in China.

David Beckett as Production Manager, has over 20 years manufacturing experience and 7 years in the rubber industry. Beginning with serving a 4 year Machinist Apprenticeship through The International Association of Machinist and Aerospace Workers, he then worked 15+ years in machine shop practice, tool and die and industrial maintenance. He entered the rubber molding industry in 1992. Starting with a new factory, David advanced to Production Manager and was instrumental in developing innovative technology in injection molding. He has also helped develop procedures to attain ISO 9001 and QS 9000 registrations.
