Mike Necessary serves as General Manager and has 25+ years of industry specific experience both as an engineer and in management. A Graduate of the Virginia Military Institute (VMI), he holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) and has been with Molding Solutions serving as General Manager since 1997. Mike is a hands-on individual who is passionate about the business, its employees and finding the best solution for each customer.

Richard McInteer is the Marketing Manager, Manager of Assembly Operations and IT Manager. For nearly 20 years, Richard served as Quality Manager at Molding Solutions. He has 3 decades of manufacturing experience. He was raised in Lexington and a graduate of the University of Kentucky, and is a Certified Quality Engineer. Richard loves Jesus, has been married for 28 years, has 3 children and one grandson.

David Beckett as Production Manager since 1998, has over 30 years manufacturing experience and 18 years in the molding industry. Beginning with serving a 4 year Machinist Apprenticeship through The International Association of Machinist and Aerospace Workers, he then worked 15+ years in machine shop practice, tool and die and industrial maintenance. He entered the molding industry in 1992. Starting with a new factory, David advanced to Production Manager and was instrumental in developing innovative technology in injection molding. He has also helped develop procedures to attain ISO 9001 and QS 9000 registrations.
Bob Richards joined Molding Solutions in 2007 as Engineering Manager. He holds a BS degree in Industrial Technology and brings 35 years experience in plastics injection molding, in which he has accumulated considerable knowledge in processing, tooling, and project management. Bob's experience includes 10 years in an R&D environment where he gained understanding of the effects and interactions of processing upon physical properties for many engineering grade plastics. His knowledge base also includes the requirements for serving medical, pharmaceutical, defense, consumer, industrial, and automotive markets.

Melanie Hatton joined Molding Solutions in October 1999. As well as having the responsibility of office manager, she handles many key customer accounts and manages the Class VI o-ring program. Melanie is thrilled to have been a part of Molding Solutions' growth over the last few years. At Molding Solutions continues to expand, Melanie welcomes the opportunity to grow with the business.
Jennifer Brooks joined Molding Solutions in September 2008 to assist with government contracts. In addition to growing our government sales, she manages a few customer accounts and is continuing to expand her role with Molding Solutions. Prior to Molding Solutions, Jennifer managed a small cast polymer manufacturer in Lexington. Jennifer was born and raised in Lexington as well as graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1999 with a BS in Accounting.
